We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was central and convenient, right in the middle of a bustling shopping area. The hotel facilities were great, withsuper clean and cozy rooms. The staff were friendly, helpful, and were great too assist us. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying. the hotel was well connected to transportation options, making it easy to explore the city both by car and using public transports.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Clean, comfortable room. Walkable to metro and bus station. Convenient business center. Helpful staff. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Beds changed daily. Excellent shopping nearby. Good breakfast. Chocolates delivered for anniversary. Upgraded room was huge. Nice breakfast room.

We loved the location of the hotel, right in the middle of a shopping mall! It was so convenient to have shops, restaurants, and even a bus stop for tour buses all within a block of the hotel. Being right in the heart of the shopping area made it easy to find everything we needed.
That there were no electrical converters provided in the room for our appliances. We had to bring our own, just in case.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us, situated on a wide boulevard in an upscale area. Being in a shopping mall was a bonus as we could easily find a place for a quick bite or indulge in some shopping. The staff provided excellent customer service, ensuring our rooms were always clean and comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The hotel also offered great transport options for exploring the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave.
